From the customer’s point of view, it is super easy – a Live Chat box on your website will tell them if you are online and available to chat now.

All this requires from your end is to have MSN Messenger installed on a main reception computer (free and quick!).

From the customer’s point of view, it is super easy – a Live Chat box on your website will tell them if you are online and available to chat now. If you are, they simply type into the box and click send and the chat begins! When a customer ‘messages’ you, an alert can sound and the message window will light up at the bottom of the screen to notify you that there is a live message there.
